Mr. McDuffy is a business consultant, entrepreneur, corporate trainer and professional speaker. As an internationally recognized educational and motivational speaker, McDuffy has participated and spoken at regional and national conferences throughout the United States and Europe. He has delivered over 4,000 presentations to audiences ranging in size from four to 14,000. McDuffy has degrees in engineering and business administration, and a Master of Arts in Teaching Business. McDuffy was previously a Business Consultant for the Small Business Development Center at the University of West Florida, and is currently the Executive Director at McDuffy Presents, Inc. where he delivers corporate training and professional speaking for businesses locally and internationally. Originally from San Diego, McDuffy spent four years “ship wrecked” on a Caribbean island before settling in Pensacola in 2016.
